Gelatin Innovations was created to fill void a in the gelatin industry.  Starting out as a specialty blender of high-end gelatin dessert base mixes, we have grown to offer a variety of other highly specialized gelatin products for the Food, Confection, Equine, and Firearms industries.

GII offers Gelatin and Collagen Hydrolysate product in Beef, Fish, and Pork.  Combine our high quality products and our ability to meet any customer Bloom strength and Mesh size, it's no wonder we’re so sought-after.
