Gelatin Innovations was created to fill a void in the gelatin industry.  Starting out as a specialty blender of high-end gelatin dessert base mixes, we have grown to offer a variety of other highly specialized gelatin products for the Food, Confection, Equine and Firearms industries.

GII offers Gelatin and Collagen Hydrolysate product in Beef, Fish and Pork.  Combine our high quality products and our ability to meet any customer Bloom strength and Mesh size, it's no wonder we’re so sought-after.

With a strong and solid dedication to our customer’s and suppliers, GII partnered with Vyse Gelatin Company.  This partnership provided us Vyse’s 80 years of experience as the industry leader, ongoing product testing, laboratory research and a 50,000 sq ft state of the art facility.
