Our collagen is the highest quality available. There are no additives or fillers, just 100% pure collagen. No matter what kind of horse you have, or what kind of work he does for you, he will do it better without joint pain. Older animals will especially thank you. Just like us, as they get older arthritis starts to set in. Collagen will also help with hoof health, and their coat will never look better.

As with all animals, the feed amount is based on body weight. For every 1,000 pounds of body weight we would recommend 2 ounces per day. If your horse is on any type of pain medication, you may be able to reduce or eliminate it after 3 to 6 weeks of collagen supplementation. This has been the case in the human population. Please consult with your veterinarian on this.

Gelatin Shelf Life
If gelatin is stored on a tightly sealed poly-lined container in normal indoor conditions, it will remain stable indefinitely. The only exception would be is if the gelatin is kept in a heat, above (45°C) 133° F with relative humidity above 60 degrees. In this extreme scenario, the gelatin will gradually lose its ability to swell and dissolve.
