The Gelatin sold by Gelatin Innovations contains 100% Gelatin.  There are no additives or preservatives.  Gelatin, by nature contains up to 12.0% moisture and 2.0% ash.  Our Gelatin Hydrolysate contains up to 8% moisture.

All our gelatin products are produced and stored under cGMP as defined in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
